Database won't start after reboot of Computer

544625Dec 5 2006 — edited Jan 9 2007
I'm a total Oracle beginner, but I still hope to describe the problem as good/coherent as possible.
The Version of Oracle/operation System I'm using is Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition, 10.1.0.2 on Windows 2000.

As I installed the database I created with that a database. Afterwards I was able to log into the database over http://10.3.60.63:5500/em/.
But as I restarted the computer I'm not able to log on again. I always get the message that the status of the database is currently not available and I should run it up. I tried that but it won't accept my passwords.

All clients are started (OracleCSService, OracleDBConsolemitApex, OracleDBConsolemitApex, OracleOraDB10g_home1TNSListener, OracleOraDB10g_HTTPServerProcessManager, OracleServiceMITAPEX).

So I decided to create a new database. This was working fine again, as I accessed to it. After rebooting the computer I again wasn't able to log on the second database, as well as on the first one.

The only message I find in the log in the database directory on the computer is: "An unhandeled exception occured, Exception Number: 0xc0000005, Exception Adress: 0x61309763. I don't know what to do with that and if it has to do with the problem I have. For that I only found out that it means "access violated".

Can you help me out?
greetings, Vera
