Database upgrade from 10g to 12c with Forms/Reports 10g

Hi

We have Forms and Reports 10g running on OAS (Windows machine) and we want to upgrade our database 10g to 12c.

Is there any known problems to forms or reports when doing a database upgrade from 10g to 12c?

I was thinking of going this route when upgrading:

  1. Firstly to upgrade from 10.2.0.4 (our current 10g version) to 10.2.0.5
  2. Secondly from 10.2.0.5 to 12.1.0.2 (12c release 1)
  3. Thirdly from 12.1.0.2 to  12.2.0.1 (12c release 2)

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
