Database upgrade downtime reduction

Hello,
We have a requirement to upgrade EBS (R122x) database from 11g to 19c. There is a third party application utilizing the same database. Now customer has downtime for the third party application is off only less than 1 hour. Is there any better approach rather than to isolate the third party application schema to a separate database? Appreciate any inputs.
