Database Too Slow... CPU Wait!
Dear All,
My Database is 11gR2 on Linux. In the performance tab of my Enterprise Manager, in Average Active Sessions, its showing a very high graph for CPU wait. It just started 3o minutes ago.
This have result in slow database response. I am trying to investigate the issue.
The top command in OS is shows CPU consumed by Oracle less then 10% most of the time. Other user sessions also seems to be OK. But the cpu cores shows too high CPU wait.
How can i check what is the issue. Kindly help.
