Database system in Pending state

My version is OEM24 Update 3

I have several hosts, plenty of databases and all of them are UP/green. Whole monitoring seems to be working properly. The only object in Pending status are "Database system". To be honest I have no idea what is it for. I think I can survive without it. Anyway do you have an idea how to make it UP/green ?
