Database Startup taking sooo long

Hi ALL,

11gR2,

I am starting our database at it is taking so long

What could be the problem? Do I need to shutdown abort and start? I remember aborting before and it started fast after.

Starting the database APR ...

I also check the alert long and it got stuck on this part:
