Database software could not detect the second node

Hi guys
Yesterday i was trying to implement RAC solution with two nodes RAC1 and RAC2 but i could not get it working

After the RAC installation, i tried to install database on RAC1 but the software could not detect node RAC2. Did i miss anything else?

Can anyone advise what i should do next?
