Hi Team,
We had DB EE with 19C the SGA is having 8GB, The end-user is complaining about overall slowness (whenever they run their dashboard queries ). We had checked the OS things like CPU utilization, memory utilization all looks good. Any other OS related parameter need to check and could you please share any blog or link to understand AWR and explain plan of a query. Since I am new to Oracle Administration. For DB overall slowness what initial things to be checked, can you help me on that.
