Database size increasing tremendously - need to track the table size

Hi All,

I need help in tracking the tables growth. The issue is the database is growing tremendously from 192G to 200G in five days which is 5% increase in database size. The general scenario is that is that the db grows 20% every year but this increase in a week will cause future hardware issues.

Please advice us to find the tables that is growing invariably.
