Database Restore Using Export Dump File

I have searched a lot of books and web sites, but cannot find the exact procedure as to how to restore full oracle database using the export dump file and the import utility.

Does anyone have any ideas.

Paltform: W2K AD Svr, Oracle 9.2.0.6.
