Database Reorg

Hi @ all,
first I have to say I' m new in administrating databases so I'm sorry for this possibly simple question.
I want to delete a few million rows in several tables in my tablespace. Before and after deleting data, I want to anlyse the two tablespaces, before I start my reorg.
I use an Oracle 9i Database (9.2.0.7) and the Orcale Enterprise Manager.
Is there any way -using the OEM- to show me the fragmentation of the Database, maybe in a diagram or a graph?
It would be nice if anyone helps me.
