Hi,

When I tried to recover my backup database recovery process goes for sometime and suddenly it gives following error and exit.
(Oracle database 10g / Linux)

When I tried the same process again it will continue again and exit after sometime.
Can anyone give me some ideas why this recovery process not getting completed at one run.?

I normally issue "Recover database until cancel" after mounting the db and give "Auto" as the option.
