Database Peak load Time how to find

Oracle : 10.2.0.4
os : Linux -64

Query : How to calculate the High peak load time and Low peak load on the data from the data for the last 24 hrs.

V$ACTIVE_SESSION_HISTORY can give sessions

to get Peak load on CPU in the last 24 hrs.

If you have any ready sql pl. help me.
