Database Patch Set Update 11.2.0.4.4 (Includes CPUOct2014) Question

I am running 11.2.0.4.0 Oracle Database. I have applied the following patch:

Patch 19121551 - Database Patch Set Update 11.2.0.4.4 (Includes CPUOct2014)

I did all the readme file is asking me to do and lsinventory seems to say everything is ok.

OPatch succeeded.

Now when I connect with sqlplus or ask what version I am running, it says 11.2.0.4 everywhere. Does not say 11.2.0.4.4.
