Hi Experts,
While applying the latest SPU or CPU Jan14 (17478415), I'm getting following conflicts. I have also attached the log files

1) OUI-67301:

Refer to My Oracle Support Note 1299688.1 for instructions on resolving patch conflicts.
2) OUI-67302:
OPatch found that the following patches are not required.
They are either subset of the patches in Oracle Home (or) subset of the patches in the given list
(or) duplicate :

The metalink docs 1299688.1 and 1321267.1 mentioned in the log file does not help , can you help me in understanding and fixing these patch conflicts.
Note: I have already applied the latest Jan2014 PSU (17540582) successfully.
