Database Object Dependencies via SQL query?

Hi guys,

I just saw the nice feature of exploring the database object dependencies in APEX (application builder -> app 123 -> utilities -> database object dependencies).

Is there a way to get this dependencies just with a SQL query? Also do I have to compute a process to get the current dependencies? In APEX you have to hit a compute button before you can see the dependencies.
