Database not getting up

when i tried to start the database it's not getting up throws the error given below:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file 2 (block # 57)
ORA-01110: data file 2: 'D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\ORCL\UNDOTBS01.DBF'
ORA-27070: async read/write failed
OSD-04016: Error queuing an asynchronous I/O request.
O/S-Error: (OS 23) Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

I checked the file using dbverify
but resulted in some errors i am checkin on this
pls find the results of dbverify below:

DBV-00102: File I/O error on FILE (D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\ORCL\UNDOTBS
01.DBF) during verification read operation (-2)



Have u cam e acroos this situation


i am sure this is block corruption and the database get's mounted not able to open...

Pls help me
