Our Production oracle database 12.2 is installed in windows OS machines. As part of our Daily Maintenance checks, we may need to restart the server. But sometimes after restart the DB is not opening, the DB is starting and staying in nomount state. But there is not error in alert log regarding controlfile issue which prevents DB mounting. ONly below error is recorded.

opiodr aborting process unknown ospid (9344) as a result of ORA-609
But after sometime if we restart the server DB is coming up and opening without any error.
How to check the issue/how to find the root cause of the same.
