Database Migration from 11g (11.2.0.1) to 12c (12.1.0.2)

I have two node RAC environment on windows 64 bit 2008 R2 with Oracle 11g (11.2.0.1). I have parallel built another environment for 12c (12.1.0.2) software only install on windows 2012 64 bit using ASM. This is again two node RAC

I want to migrate 11g database (size about 400GB) onto 12c environment.

My preference is to use RMAN. Could anyone pls let me know what is the best way to perform this migration.

Note: I am doing this in Test environment so no issue about down time.

Any help would be appreciated.
