database licensing with Oracle VM

Hi all,

I am trying to understand how to license Oracle database with Oracle VM.
I am unable to find information about Oracle Standard Edition ONE licenses and Oracle VM. More specifically:

If I setup an Oracle VM cluster using two dual-socket hosts and I have only one virtual machine running an Oracle database, may I use Standard Edition ONE licenses ( 2 processor licenses or the right number of NUP licenses) ? If yes, may I still use live migration and HA ?
