database/install/.oui : cannot execute [Exec format error]

I install solaris 11 under VMware,then I install oracle 11.2.0.1.0 Solaris (x86-64) under solaris 11,but when I run runInstaller,it raise following error,I don't know what raise error,how can I know which wrong raise error? Thanks

$./runInstaller
./runInstaller: /home/database/install/.oui : cannot execute [Exec format error]
