DATABASE Error-IN is not a valid integer value

IN is not a valid integer value error is coming when i tried to execute Package in 10g Database..
i am using Toad 8.0 to execute it.
Toad Error-IN is not a valid integer value

But my sql*plus is working fine while creating or executing packages.

problem with Toad or 10g?.
