Database Control URL - Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Hello guys,

I have just installed the Windows64 OraDb11g R2 on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise SP2 64-bit.
The installation went fine and I have also created a database (ORCL).
Now I want to start my +Database Control - orcl+, but in Internet Explorer 8 I'm getting the following:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Can anyone help me please?
