Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA) will not start after OPatch apply.

On Windows 2008 (32 bit) installation of 11gR2 database the DBCA gui was starting.
I successfully applied patch 13329696 using the Opatch utility. The DBCA gui no longer starts. The server has been rebooted but the DBCA still won't start.

Is anyone able to give some advice on what logs to check to find out what errors are been thrown that may be causing the assistant to stop before starting?
