database Block Corruption

Hy friends

I got in my 10.2.0.1.0 DB 178 corrupted blocks.
My db is in ARCHIVELOG MODE, but my retention window is 3 days due some storage limits.....

There are a lot of blocks corrupts in every backup, it means they are corrupt more then 3 days.

To fix it, is possible to get a DMP file and re-import the whole schema ?
