Database Administration Tasks for GIMR / MGMTDB database

Hi comrades,

I have a doubt the administration I have to do as a DBA to manage the MGMTDB database.

I've read the following link:

Oracle 12c RAC: Introduction to Grid Infrastructure Management Repository (GIMR) - Oracle Wiki - Oracle - Toad World

but I don't know if this database should be monitored, backed up or whatever.

Then I have a quetion:

Which administration tasks do you perform currently to this MGMTDB database?
