When attempting to access “Database Actions” version 24.3:

This error is raised:

and
REST call failed.
The same setup (ORDS configuration files and database setup) on another database works fine. [installed from Oracle Linux 7.9 yum repo] . Where are the documents for “Database Actions” stored database or OEL rpm package?
Could this be a BASH environment variable issue? What?
I have uninstalled ORDS, and reinstalled ORDS configuration and database without success fixing this issue.
