Data Sync Error

Hi, we are using EPMA version 11.1.1.2 and I am running into some consistent data sync issues. When I try to this sync, I get errors in the data sync log, but no errors in the source or target logs. Here is the data sync log below:
11/9/09 3:00 PM : Starting Synchronization.
11/9/09 3:00 PM : Synchronization Mode: synchronize
11/9/09 3:00 PM : Connected to source server.
11/9/09 3:00 PM : Connected to destination server.
11/9/09 3:00 PM : Suppressing missing values.
11/9/09 3:01 PM : Error submitting request to source connector - exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: An error occurred when contacting the Hyperion Planning server: HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable
11/9/09 3:01 PM : Translation failed - Source query failed to open - exception:; nested exception is:
java.lang.RuntimeException: An error occurred when contacting the Hyperion Planning server: HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable
11/9/09 3:01 PM : Source connector disconnected successfully.
11/9/09 3:01 PM : Destination connector disconnected successfully.

However, I know that planning is running because I can successfully sync from another database in the same source application to the same database in the target application. Any thoughts on what this error means? Thanks,
