Data Streams: ORA-01374: log_parallelism

after starting capture process i am seeing this error message in the alert log.
Thou my db is running under log_parallelism=0

SQL> show parameter log_parallelism

NAME TYPE VALUE
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
log_parallelism integer 0

did followed exactly what the document said..
any clues ?
