Data Relationship Governance - New WorkList tab grayed out (Unclickable)

Hi DRM Guru's,

Please help me on below query.

Version: 11.1.2.3.300

am not able to create new work list (with ADMIN credentials) as it's grayed out. It's not clickable respective screen shot given below.

Did I forget anything during Installation?

Do I need to do some thing before creating new Work List?
