data redaction based on data length

I wanted to redact user_id column with data type varchar2(80 Char) using DBMS_REDACT in 12c.

Data length for this column is not consistent can be 1 char to 80 char.

I wanted to do partial redaction. If data length is  < 5, do not redact else redact any characters before last 5 char.
