Data Pump with dataguard ON

Hi,

We have got a primary and standby system (Data guard).

The Primary database is refreshed with a Data pump from another DB every weekend and it takes 4 Hours.

The Data Guard and the standby are stopped as it takes a lot of time for the import with the dataguard and the standby on(more than 9 hours).

Please let me know the best possible way to do the data pump and also at a lesser time cost.
