data pump file permissions

DB : 11.2.0.3 Standard Edition

OS : REHL 6

i am taking the export using expdp and the dump file permissions are with oracle user only.

i cant not either zip,delete and move them. could you please share the detail how can i change the data pump dump file permission while taking the export?

i searched the forum and found the below post but still i am not achieve what i want.
