The Data Pump Export Wizard has an option named “Thread number” - I could not find any information about this option, so I suppose: Is it the parameter as “parallel”?
And is there a recommend max value of "Thread number"? At the moment it is “1”, and the creation of a DMP of a scheme with 15 MB takes an hour ..
I plan to schedule a lot of dumps on the weekend when nobody is working and no scheduled tasks are done - is it useful to set the "Thread number" to the maximum or can this cause problems?
