data pump dump import error (ORA-31694: master table "SYSTEM"."SYS_IMPORT_)

Aloha!

I am currently creating an instance, and during datapump import i stumble upon this error:

C:\_dump>impdp system schemas=bw3 directory=BW_TEMP dumpfile=dumpfile.dmp logfile=logfile.log

ORA-27046: file size is not a multiple of logical block size
OSD-04012: file size mismatch (OS 580474881)

C:\_dump>

Please, can someone help me on how to address the error.
