Data Provider Internal Error -3007

Hi guys,
We use ODP.net for oracle 11gR2, version is ODAC 11.2 Release 2 (11.2.0.1.2) 64bit
And we got Data Provider Internal Error -3007 when execute a sql accessing a table over 100 million records without using index(the data field for the query is not suitable for building index).
Does any body meet the same problem? Or any solution to this problem. Thx.
