Data provider internal error(-3000)

Hello
I am using ODP.NET beta version. (Oracle9i Release 2 Data Provider for .NET 9.2.0.4.0 Beta )
I am getting the error "Data provider internal error(-3000) ". This error occurs randomly, not always.

Any idea as to why this is occuring? Anybody has faced a similar issue??
