Data not aggregating to parent for new entity accounts added in Planning

Hi All,

We have a problem, where I added a new member in the Entity dimension(Sparse) and refreshed from Planning 9.3.1 to Essbase 9.3.1.

The operator is "+". This is a Store member and data exists for this member in the cube. Now when I execute the aggregation script, data does not seem to roll up at the parent level.

This is Wiered because the same works fine in the other environment but does not work in Prod. Please suggest what could be the possible reason for this to happen.
