Data Modeller 23.1 - inconsistent model

My logical model seems to be corrupting itself!

For example, I have an entity with 4 relationships to another entity, but only 2 attributes have been created for the relationships.

Both entities list the 4 relationships.

Another entity has an attribute marked as being for a relationship that no longer exists - I can't delete that attribute. Both entities agree that there is no relationship.

Is there any operation/tool that I can run to fix these modelling inconsistencies?

Is there any known cause/workaround for these inconsistencies?
