Data Modeler's "Design Level Settings" menu item is missing in SQL Developer?

Hello,

In the latest Oracle SQL Developer 19.4 there is no menu item "Tools > Data Modeler > Design Level Settings".

I expect it should be there since the "Tools > Data Modeler" submenu should be a copy of the "Tools" menu from standalone Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler 19.4 product.

Can someone tell me if this "Design Level Settings" functionalty can be found in the Oracle SQL Developer and where?
