Just downloaded the lastest version of Data Modeler 4.02
Then I open up my first design and tried:
Menu:
Tools
Domains Administration
Domains Administration
Click on ADD
Change the Name to e.g. Test Domain
Set the 'Logical Type', 'Size'
Then click on 'Apply'
When I click on 'Apply' I keep getting the error message 'Invalid Domain File Name. defaultdomains assumed'.
Then I go and try to save the Design I get the error message 'Some objects are not save correctly! See the log file for details'.
So I click on the option of 'Show Log' and I get the error message 'Unable to read external log file'.
I have checked my folder, where the design is saved, and I cannot find any domain folder or defaultdomain.xml
The folder where the design is saved = C:\Users\myname\documents\Staging_Data_Model\
When I close Data Modeler and re-open it all the Domains vanish apart from 'Unknown'.
