Data Modeler 4.1.0.881 - engineer to relational model - loosing layout changes

Hi,

I had to replace my workstation. After checking out my model from subversion to the new machine everything seemed to be fine.

But after engineering from logical to relational model without editing logical model my diagram is garbled.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? Please help.
