HELLO!!!

I have a problem with this function:

INSERT INTO macroregions_settings VALUES (DBMS_DATA_MINING.ALGO_NAME, DBMS_DATA_MINING.ALGO_SUPPORT_VECTOR_MACHINES);

ERREUR à la ligne 1 :
ORA-06553: PLS-221: 'ALGO_NAME' n'est pas une procédure ou est indéfini

could somebody help me please??? i'll really appreciate that!
