Data Migration from Informix to Oracle

Hi Folks

I have to migrate a alot of data from Informix datbase to Oracle .
I have absoutely no clue on how to go about doing this
CAn anyone please let me know how do I go about doing this
Informix Version 7.3 Oracle 9i

There are about 4 million records which need to be migrated.
