Data Migration and transformation (ETL)

What is the best tool for Data Migration and transformation (ETL)? Source Oracle Database has over 700+ tables ( 31 Terabytes); Destination Oracle Database needs data from 80 tables (size ???). Destination Database is located in a different site (another city). I need to transform and popluate the destination database that has a different structure. Must be near real time as much as possible. We are migrating from oracle 9i to 10g.
