Data Migration

Hi

I have Oracle database R2 in Redhat 4.5 32 bit OS . I have tried to migrate database using cold backup. My destination database is also Oracle 10g R2 in Redhat 5.2 64 bit OS.

I was able to migrate and startup database in my new server. I have found problem in procedure and package those are shown invalid. I tried to recompile but fail raising internal error. As a solution I run catalog.sql and catproc.sql . These procedure were not run properly and raise error.

I think ( may be ) this problem arise due to cold backup was from 32 bit OS and my destination OS is 64 bit.

Please help me in this regards , how to solve the problem.
