Data Masking via sqlplus ( not via OEM 12c) for expdp

Hi, I have raised SR for this but di dnot get satisfied answer.

which says:-
At-Source Masking provides the most secure method of obfuscating production data by masking sensitive data as it is being copied out of the source (production) database, This ensures that sensitive data never leaves production system unmasked, thus providing the highest level of data security.

How can I integrate expdp with Data Masking tenplates via sqlplus (not via OEM).

For REMAP_DATA we need to create our pwn packge to mask the data. Can we use Data Masking templated of OEM 12c via sqlplus with REMAP_DATA or any other way to?

Requirement is to mask the data at PROD as a dumpfile before transfer to test box.
