data masking 11g r2

Hi,

We have to refresh our production into DEV, we have 11g R2.
How can i do data masking to hide sensitive data.
I have gone through the link http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/em/obe10gemgc_10204/datamask/datamask.htm, but we do not have enterprise manager.
Can someone kindly give steps as to how i can go about this.
