data locking with ADO.NET e ODP.NET

Hi all,
I've a software vs.net 2.0 with Oracle ODAC 10.
When I try to create an Oracle transaction with ReadUncommitted isolation level, I found this exception. The exception says the only isolation level permitted are ReadCommitted and Serializable.

Anyone knows why isn't possible set this isolation level?
What can I save my data in a Oracle transaction without locking data?
