Data Load - Validation Page - ERR-1002 Unable to find item ID for item "DEBUG." in application

After upgrading the Application from Apex 19.2 to 20.1 we are getting the following error when we click on Next to review all the records on the "Data Validation" page. The data loads just fine when "Load Data" button is pressed.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
